Anybody know what these holes are for?

There are these 3 small, half circle holes along our driver window. Does anybody know if they have a purpose?
If not, we were just gonna JB weld them up and keep moving along!

Thanks!

they look like drain holes to me - don't know about buses, but ( at least some ) residential windows have drain holes

Agreed, looks like water drainage holes. Factories are cheap and they don't add costs (labor making the holes) if they don't have to. I'd leave 'em open if it were me.

Agree with prior assessments and here's my opinion... It appears the control panel is higher than the windowsill and so if liquid gets behind it then the sill would rust or the panel below is full of electronics which wouldn't tolerate much moisture. Better the moisture be drained outside than be allowed to seep into the control systems.

Those are weep holes that allow condensation on the window to escape outside, instead of building up and rusting out your frame. Do not plug them.
