Bending our window panels trying to get out side paneling

Hey all! So we are in the beginning process of our conversion we are taking down our side and panels to then take down our ceiling panels. Have any of you ran into problems with the side paneling ? It seems our paneling is glued underneath our window paneling….. so our first window we bent up trying to get the paneling out from underneath. Are we missing something!?! Here’s a few pics to help get what’s going on. Thanks for all input

the bus windows are typically glued or caulked in along with the screws.. ive taken windows out of my busses to repair them I always very carefully start working the window from inside and outside.. that trim went up after the window caulk and before the window so the bottom edge often gets glued in too.. once you get the window pried slightly away from the panel you have more room to jiggle the panel around.. you can bend up the panel as much as you want if you are discarding them and doing a new interior finish
