Best roof paint/coating?

I am about to start my roof and I want to get peoples opinions on roof paint/coating.
Tropicool vs. Dura-Brite vs. regular paint.
If paint what one would you recommend?
what seam sealer do you recommend?

i have read horror stories of the tropicool?
it collects dirt and mildew over time and almost impossible to clean from what i have read.
i am going with rustoleum enamel or farm implement paint.
i think the enamel would be cheaper.

Oh, I have 5 years on a Tropi-Kool painted bus roof. Bright white still, after a wash. I'm not parked under any trees, so I don't have any experience with sap drips or bug pooh.

It can be a problem to apply. Once you open the can you have an hour or so before the paint turns into rubber, whether in the can or on the roof. And being rubber, if you run the roof into tree branches the paint will rip.

Probably best to go with a bright white enamel. Easier to apply, cheaper, and a tougher coating. Though the Tropi-Kool has worked well for me.
