body/chassis flex

curious about how stiff school bus body is. im sure they will flex a bit over rough roads, but how much? if using styrofoam as insulation, has anyone ever had it squeek or crack from flexing? how about flooring popping loose or self tapping screwss coming loose?

thanks

Re: body/chassis flex

Most leave the floor floating. I have one squeak when I walk on one spot on the floor, no big deal.

Re: body/chassis flex

Either use tongue and groove plywood or leave a slight gap at the edges of your sheets. If the edges move against each other they'll squeak like mad.

Re: body/chassis flex

Nope...use it. I used 1.5" blue board on my floor.
