Brake Question Warning Light

Just looking for advice before I start digging into this problem. I have a 1997 International 3800 with the T444E and Hydraboost brakes. The brakes seem to work fine while driving, but the brake pressure warning light and annoying buzzer start going off. The buzzer and light will be on for a while, then go off again, on again... The fluid is full, and no apparent leaks. My guess is to start looking at the vaccuum lines for leaks? Anyone have any suggestions?
