Can someone build a frame extension for me?

I want to extend my bumper by 3 or 4 feet and put a small deck on top of it so that I can mount a mini-split air conditioner and possibly a dirt bike. I know some of you are experienced in this and I'm willing to pay for someone to fabricate the bolt on extensions I need. This is not my area of expertise. Any takers?

Crawl under your bus and look at the steel framework that protects the fuel tank.Find anything similar from another bus that is a junker. Deck it out.

I read the easiest way to extend the frame is to put a smaller frame snugly inside the C shaped steel and bolt it up. I'm not sure how Is connect to of the same sized frame rails and I also have no bus junkyards near me. I'm out in suburbia.

These might be helpful, for anyone you find to help you, or anyone else looking for something like these.
I know nothing of the seller, or anything more than his ad stays.

Most welders should be able to do that for you.

It is going to be less expensive if you find the metal to do it with.

Has anyone else had experience with hiring out this service? We're looking to do something similar with our shortie. Maybe just 2.5-3ft, max, enough for a storage box and mini split compressor. Is general consensus to try to 1) find a skoolie minded tech in your area or 2) reach out to a welder?
