Checklist attempt one

Lacking intuition on many of these things I've done my best in the above linked checklist to list out everything needed for a relatively high finish conversion. Anyone care to give feedback on what I'm missing? Trying to setup a plan... About to make a deposit on the bus!

You seem to be pre planning it very thoroughly.
You’ll be fine.
I have found is just to apply common sense to the process but above all : JUST DO IT!

Thanks! I'm definitely _doing_ it. That's a foregone conclusion at this point. I'm just trying to figure out what there is to do, who I'm going to have to hire to get it done, what I'll need to buy, etc. Basic project planning stuff.

Please steal! Also review. Gists can be forked...worth using and please send me updates if you do! (No PR system yet...maybe a repo is in order?)
