Combining spray foam with sound deadening material

Saw a YouTuber, who has a flat nose bus, use kilmat to cover the doghouse with. On top of that they built a box in which they lined the inside with kilmat to enclose the doghouse with. They did a sound test of before and after and the drop was significant. Kilmat sent them several additional boxes and they lined the walls and ceiling with it. Again the noise level test showed a drop in sound. They plan on spray foaming next. I asked about the floor and said given the chance they would have lined it too. I've got 600sq ft which includes the floor, walls and ceiling if my calculation is right. Even with a cheaper version of kilmat, it's too expensive. Is it smart and feasible to use both material on floor, walls and ceiling.
