Corroseal Problem?

Applied corroseal a few hours ago. I went think, but not too thick. I didn't expect this color on the rusted bits... did I do something wrong?

The only thing I can think of if contamination, did you clean the surface before applying corroseal ?

Yes, I used some simple green... rinsed it out and pressure washed. Surface was completely dry before applying corroseal

I'd clean off those areas to bare metal and reapply.

Yeah I think you're right. Oh well, looks like I lost a day. I'll sand the areas and re apply.

Thanks for the reply

No problem, man. I've already lost YEARS, so don't sweat losing one day!

Hope to see you out at our skoolie gathering last weekend of Sept!
