Diesel FUEL Heater Connection? Trying to tap into fuel tank for diesel AIR heater

I'm currently in the process of installing a Diesel AIR Heater, and I would like to tap into my fuel tank. I'm in the fuel tank access panel right now and found this..

Does this look like a Diesel FUEL Filter connection? I have a RACOR Diesel Fuel Heater Control Panel installed up in the dashboard, so I'm wondering if that's what this connection is.

Any suggestions on what to tap into here to add a fuel line for my new diesel air heater?

The tube coming out of the tank is the same location as the plug I removed to add my fuel line for my Chinese diesel heater. does that line head toward your heater, or have you figured it out already?
