I agree about the rivets... My Genesis/Amtran had a ton I took out... I believe Thomas used screws...

Side door is another thing, some people want them some don't... I took mine out because it would have caused problems with the awning and floor plan...

True: TWE has T20 Torx truss-head screws holding every interior panel. Plan on purchasing a few extra T20 torx bits if you're gonna go with a Thomas. I busted a few bits trying to loosen 'em, but it was better than having to deal with rivets (IMO), and I replaced those I deemed non-reusable with stainless steel truss-head phillips. (The T20's are a standard sheet metal screw size.)
