Difficulty removing ceiling

I bought a mid size bus and it came with 2 a/c s that run when driving. My issue is that I was planning on removing the ceiling to spray foam insulation but between the 2 emergency hatches and 2 a/cs, it was built right over the ceiling and don't want to mess with taking the a/cs down. Any suggestions on how to get insulation value without removing the ceilings?

Are your plans to remove the rest of the metal and spray? If so you may be able to cut the metal in front of the ac's after supporting the metal directly in front of the air conditioning across the closest ribs Then stuff insulation above the air conditioning. Honestly it may be easier to remove them, insulate and then reinstall on your new ceiling material. I haven't dealt with AC units maybe someone with more knowledge would have better insight.
