I'm going to take everything out , I need to back my truck up to the back door. This guy is disgusting, He's been peeing in all kinds of things, tried to tell me he empties once a week, looks more like a months worth. 100 trash baggies tied and filled with soaked contents. An outhouse smells no worse than this right now. Those big water bottles don't look like water.
I'm glad I haven't found any #2.

Looks like I spoke too soon, found this under the bed. My neighbor just walked into the bus and left gagging. This has so much urine smell I'm going to have to clean it out and pressure wash the inside before I can even show it to anyone. It is absolutely disgusting the way this guy was living.

It's like one of those shows where someone buys a foreclosure at auction without being able to look inside...on wheels...with more pee and poo.

Pressure washer and bleach lots of bleach!

Took 2 days and 2 full pick up beds full of crap to the landfill. I'm starting to feel bad for this guy. This was his home. He has family pictures, bibles, kids diploma's etc. Video camera, Nikon camera, tools,a couple of cheap Sony home stereos, bicycle, He said he won't be able to retrieve any of it. I am going to box up the important personal items and when I get a few dollars I will send it to him. I text him the yesterday to see if he got his check okay, never replied. I hope he still sends the extra keys and the remote for the inverter. The keys aren't extra, they are the keys for the battery box and an electric box and doors. He kept telling me how he was a Christian and wouldn't cheap me. I'm good with that, but when you tell 4 times your a good Christian I start to trust less and less.

Was going to post pics, but they are now arriving in my email when I sent them.

Sounds like a guy with a drug problem.

You are a real champ to send him his stuff.

The guy who picks you up hitchhiking who has a Bible on his dash and says nothing about God and preaches nothing about Jesus and drives 30 mins out of his way to get you there is the real kind soul you can count on to trust.

The people who say "God this" and "Jesus that" all day long I have unfortunately found, are the ones to watch out for. As a Southern Baptist preacher once said on a commercial I saw on TV: "churches are schools for sinners, not resorts for saints". Tell that to the 15+ people church group from the USA I saw in Mexico, living it up at the fancy restaurant in town; they were there to "vaccinate" the First Nations peoples still living the simple life (no power, water, building materials, living in jungle-huts) up in the mountains north of Mexico city. The trip is paid for by their church, and none were medical professionals!

I've learned quite a bit about the man after going through his whole house. No signs of drug/alcohol use. The guy is a 53yo African American. His insurance was valid until 12/18. He has a bank account. Judging by his shoe size he is rather larger. The walker and invalid toilet make me wonder about health issues.
