It's a yellow module mounted with the rest of the electrical distribution. Remove the module and you remove the Sleeping Kid alarm.

When we traveled from Ohio to Washington, I emailed the DOT of every state we might be passing through. Then I had those emails for reference if we did happen to get pulled over for not stopping. (The answer was always no, but I wanted documentation in case someone got a little overzealous.)
