Easy insurance

So I call a local agent. Tell him I need coverage for my 04 Thomas American school bus. 10 minutes later I get an email quote from Progressive Mountain Insurance Comp. for a motorhome for $198 for a 12 month policy I can pay monthly @$17.23/m
Bodily injury $100k/$300k
Property $50k
Uninsured motorist Same coverage as above
Medical payments $1K ea. person

Here's hoping you pass the "3 week test". Progressive is notorious around here for giving you a policy then cancelling soon after and charging enough "administrative fees" that they get to keep most of your money.

OTOH, if they're letting you pay monthly that's a good sign. Most of the time that scam is pulled on folk who've paid 6 months up front.

Can a Texas person call him for coverage? What did you say to get it covered as a motorhome since it's still a bus? Or is that rule different in GA

I told them it was a bus, they came back with the MH designation. I didn't argue it, figured if underwriting sees MH and not school bus, I'm better off, who am I to argue their nomenclature.
Since all the states end up at some national carrier I don't see why they wouldn't. Call them and see.

Yes, I mentioned that once it was converted State Farm would handle the insurance at that point. Vankeith is only handling the "bus" stage.
