Electric causes bus to not start?

So I have a 99 Thomas with a 5.9. Ran fantastic, put it up on blocks to raise my roof. During the roof raise I disconnected all overhead wiring (interior lights, speakers, side marker lights and all rear lights including rear safety door alarm). I have not connected that wiring back up yet but tried to start the bus and nothing. Is it the wiring or the rear door alarm causing the bus to not turn over?

More than likely, yes. They're also in roof hatches and handicap doors
