Factory electrical not working?

So I Clipped the wires and removed the two rear heaters, emergency door alarm, stop sign and both fans from my bus, (92 Ford B700) bluebird now the dome lights, wipers.. that kind of stuff, won’t work. Someone please help. This is the only thing keeping me from moving forward in my build. Thanks!

Oh no, that's a drag.

Did you clip only one conductor at a time, and tape up the loose ends that were left?
If you clipped multiple wires at a time you likely have blown more than one fuse.
Get your multi-meter out and test all your fuses.

I clipped the wires but did tape them. Now where would I find the fuses? I haven’t seen a fuse box or anything. Would I just buy a regular multimeter?

There should be a chassis fuse box to the left of the steering column, maybe behind a cover. Look around overhead and to the left of the driver seat for a bus body fuse box. To get started, an inexpensive multi-meter is all you really need.
