Feedback on design ideas for 7 person Skoolie

Hey all, this will be my first conversation project and I’ve drawn up a rough draft of what I think I’ll need.

Am I out of my mind for thinking I can get 280 sq. ft. after the driver seat?

What size/type of bus should I be looking at as far as space inside?

I’d like to add 100 gal. water & grey water tanks, solar, propane, wood burning, and have a generator as well.

Any feedback on this is much appreciated. I tried to measure this out best I could, each square = 1 ft.

ok centermass?
were you ever in the military and deployed?
an opinion from me and thats all it is.
7 comfortable in a school bus is not easy.
maybe in a gillig or crown transit style.
for seven in a skoolie i see more mom and dad bed and everyone else hammocks.
this is from experience.
to be honest i built my big bus as a cushy family camper years ago when the kids were 11-12 and built beds longer than them now they cant sleep comfortable in there beds but then again they are 21 and 22 now.
at 17 neither fit.
food for thought with a big familly.
dont quite dedicate spaces leave things open for a little.

Yeah I was in for 10 years. I’ve been looking at the transit buses too. Fortunately some of the kids are small so may not need as much bed space. Thanks for the feedback.
