Since everything is leaking.
For now, I'll just keep all fluids topped off with what ever is cheaper/adequate from orally/AutoZone.

Step One. get rid of the infestation and strip down to metal and plastic inside.

Step Two. Address all leaks. Flush/change all fluids.

Step Three. Treat all rust spots.

Anything else you guys can think of. Shoot away!

Brakes, wipers and light checks and or inspections.
You will be transporting precious cargo, no?

No precious cargo in there until that thing is more reliable.

But yes, long list of things to check / repair.

Back doors don't open.
I press on the outside noob and it feels loose (as if not connected to the mechanism)
I looked inside but didn't see any handle.

Any suggestions to get it oppened ?

Give us pics inside and out. You must be able to open from the inside. Likely the rod has dropped down inside the door and needs connecting to the handle.

Or a big can opener might do it.
Check online for video on how the door works and to repair.

Welcome to my world!
I've got THREE buses to work on, around 80 yards to mow, and every minute I have to spare it seems to be raining!

I need help with this one.
Location: on the driver side of the engine. hoses connect from above to near the oil filter.

Wipe them all down first and tighten each fitting again. Then see if you have leaks and where.
Where do they come from above? Maybe the leak starts up there. And check the filter for snugness and give it a bit more too.

Looks like you've got a remote mount oil filter and one of the hoses or fittings is leaking.

I didn't thinking about cleaning/wiping down to better assess
I'll make sure to tighten everything in there tomorrow.
but from what I could see. The leak seems to come from where the rubber meets the metal end cap.
Also, I ordered a repair manual

With all your money, just buy 2 new hoses from GMC dealer or hydraulic shop. Makes for peace of mind knowing they are in top shape.
