Finding correct Hitch Receiver for 2011 Chevy Express 4500

Working on finding the right hitch for my 2011 Chevy Express 4500 with Thomas body. Will any hitch that fits the same van body (example: 2011 Chevy Express 3500) also fit my Express 4500 bus?

Here's a Class 5 hitch that I found:

Hitch... will it bolt on?

IF, thomas did not modify the frame rails, yes probably,

IF thomas cut the frame rails You might have to drill some holes, but will likely fit.

IF thomas added on to the frame, maybe, maybe not, depends how good they are.

Measure the frame width, the hitches will be for specific widths.

Hitch question

We have the exact same bus. We are looking to add a hitch and was wondering what you ended up using and what you needed to do to install.

This is the hitch I bought: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0009XG9L2

It should fit with the existing holes in the frame rails, however, I did make some adjustments to the bus. I had to cut the steel bumper to let the receiver stick out. I also cut part of the flange that attaches the bumper to the frame. But I'd start with getting the hitch and seeing if it fits and what adjustments you might need to make.

Attached 2 pictures I took earlier this year.
