fixing a Bus floor liner?

the flooring inside of my wheelchair door is SHOT.. hydraulic fluid appeared to have leaked on it over the years.. so the rubber is just tender and falls apart... the wood underneath it is in good shape still and not rotted out ..

im looking for something I can replace that section of floor with...

im not gutting my entire bus or entire floor so im simply looking for a similar product to bus floor to put in.. though maybe a little more durable?

im not sure if using a rattle can "bedliner" product might work? even on wood? I really dont want residemtial interior floor products there...

ideas?

If it were me, I'd likely go looking for a "scrap" piece of linoleum if its just for that.
