Floor Redux

I just picked up a 1980 International with a cherry dt466 dropped in it. The exterior is fine but the floor is rusted through in several spots.

In fact, I could have sworn it cracked through a few more times during the 8 hour high speed drive to get the thing home.

The thing is tight aside from the floor, some of the lines, a few grease fittings, and the entire heating system, the door and a million other minor details.

I got another 80s bus to cut up and use for spare parts. Is it worth it?

Hell Yeah! It's my sistine chapel.
