Flooring first, or Ceiling?
I've seen it done both ways.
Any insight is much appreciated!

I'm no expert but something tells me ceiling first because you don't want to mess up the new flooring while working on the ceiling....ie...dropping things, paint drips if you'll be painting it etc...
My order will be ceiling, floors then walls.

By all means, ceiling first.

Ceiling. You will want your new floor to stay nice.
