Please read the installation instructions on your flooring. Some products recommend that they be installed over bare wood, not painted wood. If yours is like that, you will paint on the bottom and the edges only. The product we are installing (Alure ISO-CORE vinyl planking) is one that recommends installation on bare wood surfaces.
