Frame before or after Spray Foam

Do most frame the ceiling prior to spraying foam or can it be done after?
Due to price in this area I am spraying myself with a froth pack. Being mobility impaired it would be easier and quicker to spray without framing to go around . The side walls are getting board anticipation of future roof raise.
Thanks for any and all input. 28 ft dognose

I did mine before partition wall framing. I added straps against the walls and ceilings and then framed walls after. Some prefer to run wiring before foam, so that the foam locks it in. This sounds nice in theory, but the foam moves them around and i want all my wires accessible. I also dont know my routes for everything until the walls and furniture are built, so i wouldn't bother with plumbing or wiring either.

I documented & photographed my Ceiling Framing & Electrical Rough-in
Site built commercial, retail & residencial spaces are typically built this way, too. Normally, a 'Cover-up Inspection' would be required on the overhead mechanicals, prior to insulation.

Whatever you decide, please read though the tutorial. You'll likely adopt some of the safety tips into your build. Included are product specific info for securing wireruns, boxes & fittings to ensure nothing moves, vibrates or touches the exterior skin.
