Frame width

I'm looking to put a hitch on the back of my bus for any number of purposes, but I'm too far away from it right now and it's too mired in the mud for me to measure myself. I would imagine most frame widths are ABOUT the same although if someone out there still has a Ford chassis bus, that would be great. I need to know the width between the frame rails center to center. My plan is to buy an eBay hitch for another application since until recently they were pretty universal (34 inch width, 37 inch width, etc).

Any help would be most appreciated!
