Front-bedroom conversions

We're looking to do our conversion with a rear kitchen, bed/room up front just behind the front wheel wells. Anyone done this before, or seen this before? Hunting for ideas.

I try and do my designs in pods. Separate pod for bedroom, bathroom/kitchen, and living room. each pod came be placed where it is needed in the design.
