Front Bumper Recepticle
The Thomas owners manual is of little or no use. There is a male weatherproof receptacle above the front bumper. Is this for a block heater, charging, other?

Yup, it is for the engine block heater. They usually come in 1500W and 1800W varieties (from Freightliner).

I wish my socket looked that nice!
Mines all corroded...
As said -- block heater. If you follow the wires from it, you'll see they lead to a plug set in the block.
