Fuel Storage

What does everyone do for fuel. I was thinking about puchasing either 55 gallon drums or a big tank so i could keep my clear deisel in it with a hank crank pump. does anyone have any of the two for sale?

thanks for your time

Re: Fuel Storage

Your talking fuel for the motor of the bus, right. I am just using the stock fuel tank no changes. For propane I bought four 30lb tanks and am going to mount them under the bus in a slide out drawer. Thats my fuel set up!

Re: Fuel Storage

i was thinking more along the lines of a 250 gallon tank at my house and having it filled every other week. does anyone else do something like this? what certifications for the tanks? thanks for your time.

Re: Fuel Storage

Ok, I'm a little confused here... The bus is a mobile device, and as such when I need fuel I take it to the gas station and put some in. Why would you need a tank at home?

But, my boss does have a 120 gallon Alum tank for sale, he's willing to let it go for a couple hundred bucks, local p-up only (S.E. Virginia)
