Going to look at 3 buses today

3 , five window chevy v8, vortec gas 6.0
2008, 2009.
Miles are like, 108k ,140k, 158k
2 have tinted windows are thomas.

Untinted is collins with wheelchair lift in back

All have rear AC

What do you think?
Those engines are what they put in the Silverado, right?

I know the diesel is what most people want, but I really don't like how loud thet are. Plus, $ $$repairs.

Been looking for a while. More serious the past few months.

Saw 2 short diesels on line but both have tranny issues

The 6.0L GM gas engine is an awesome one. If I had to go with a gas bus that's the engine I would want. Pick the one that suits you (roof height, lift, etc) and test drive all 3 if you can.

Thanks, will do and let you know.
Some people want $4500-6000 for these. Too high. These are auction.
Wish me luck

Auction ends next week.
I'm going to wait to bid until then.
Wonder how high I should go?

I am going to call on Tuesday and may go back and see if they got the the other one with the key issue fixed. That was a nice bus and very clean engine, good tires etc. maybe I can run that one, just so I have a choice if bidding gets too high on mine.

I really want the one I drove today. The shape, the driver's seat etc. It was really quiet. Smooth.

I have looked at and drive 4 , 5 buses in the past 8 months and they were not for me.

My bus found me and I really need a great deal as I have limited funds and now have been living in my honda element for the past 6weeks. Was staying with my son and he lost his lease.we put our stuff in storage and he is staying with a friend. and me being low income I can't afford a place if my own.

I don't want to rent a room with strangers for $800 a month. I can put that into my build! I want to start my business. I want to make it girlie. Do my sewing, clothing, art in my mobile boutique.

Please send the skoolie Gods my way.
