Harita House flooring construction plan:

This water-based, solvent-free stain-block primer is highly effective and has a number of uses for concealing and blocking out difficult stains such as rusted metal, rust staining, tannin staining from hardwoods such as oak and mahogany, water staining on (for example) plaster walls & ceilings, and many other "difficult to get rid of" stains. However, this product will not block oily or tarry stains, such as those from coal fires (chimney breast) or asphalt. This is the preferred Primer for bare Iron and Steel.
NOTE: Not ideal for exterior bare cast iron - ask for advice.

2) Insulation (2 inch) - Thermacork Standard Grade Insulation — Thermacork

BENEFITS OF CORK INSUlATION
R-4 per inch depending density, meaning reduced heating costs
Reduced mold risk in sheathing due to cork's permeability, allowing water to "dry through" layers, preventing mold and rot
More resistant than other rigid insulations to compression, creating a flat plain for a smooth wall

Reduces thermal bridging at the wall and rim joist.
Hypoallergenic and free of all domestic toxins.
Does not shrink or "off gas" like EPS, XPS, or Polyiso foam boards

Audimute 3.2 mm Peacemaker Sound Barrier is an excellent choice for soundproofing. Use between walls, ceilings, and floors to effectively reduce sound transmission and achieve the sound quality you desire. Perfect for homes, offices, studios, restaurants, and any other space where you are seeking to help block sound from entering or exiting.

Peacemaker offers excellent sound control. With an STC Rating of 19, using Peacemaker in a structure can improve the STC rating of the structure by 4-5 points.

Peacemaker is an environmentally friendly noise control solution made from recycled tire rubber material. It is a durable and renewable “Green” building material containing more than 80% post-consumer recycled material.
