Help! Drilling new holes in shuttle bus fiberglass ceiling

I just bought a 2011 6.6 chevy Duramax deisel bus, 23 feet, wheel chair accessible. We want to make it a toy hauler hence why we picked the 48 inch wheel chair door. We also want to put a hoist in the ceiling to lift our twin bed off the ground, and be able to lower it down. I found a good system for this but I am afraid to drill bolts into this fiberglass ceiling, sense I don't know if it will support without causing long term issues. Does anyone have a good solution? If I got a pully system that had four corners, so the weight was distributed maybe? Instead of one center bolted system. There are handle bars bolted to the ceiling, so I'm assuming that it can work, I can see the length of these screws, so we don't drill through the roof. Any tips? Thanks!

Updates??

Any updates?? I’m converting a fiberglass shuttle with no metal internal frame. I’m curious how you prograded with attaching things directly to your fiberglass, or if you found a new way.
