Henrys tropicool dirt pickup?

So I wet sanded my roof in preparation to roll on two gallons of Henrys I picked up at Home Depot. I am not looking for a feud on temperature control or snake oil (I read the last closed thread that turned into a hissyfit on a particular brand). What I am looking for is how bad does the dirt show? I plan to bring the coating down to the roof gutters. Does it come off with water and one of those car wash brush thingamabobs? Should I return the henrys and get something else? My roof does not leak but when I am done with solar and whatever crap I put up there, I never want to see it again for the rest of my natural born life! For those of you that have it, does the dirt really show bad on the upper sides above the windows?

Silicone seems like a dirt magnet. We used an Acrylic (Henrys 276) on a steel barn roof about 3 years ago. It's still mostly white, attracts an occasional bug swarm (scat spots). No chips, flakes, or peeling. Henrys 280 (also acrylic) has some dirt resistance, more light reflective.

Manufacturers product description below:

Personally I would want a rougher surface than a wet sand finish for the surface to have "tooth" to grab onto. I'm second guessing the Henry's for just the dirt build issue.

Thanks DeMac. I looked into the links. I am not going to use the Tropicool due to maintenance on the aesthetics. I used FlexSeal in the gallon can on my cargo trailer. It held up incredibly well in the AZ sun two years after I put it on. I am thinking their formula is just an acrylic rubber. I am not looking for heat reflection but rather sealing the rivets as I have a couple or three that are dripping water just above the window gutters. Not much and certainly nothing I would really concern myself even if it were in the walls. I mean, we had some serious 2-3" of rain water drop in a mere minutes the last few days.

I used Tropicool tan colored. It does pick up and hold dirt/pollen.
And, I wouldn't use it again, for several reasons

Yes, I read your thread to the bitter closed end! LOL Too bad it went so off course. I hate making a new thread on something that may get beaten off the rails.

It is a 120 grit. Used a wet sponge and water to make it easier to see the removal of oxidation. There is the green primer showing through in some areas. Really do not want to cut it further.

I used liquid flex seal, around both roof hatch/fans & antenna base, on our pull behind camper. 2 years, so far, so good.

I think they are on to something with the liquid version. The spray products do not hold up well.
