Hose confusion

So today I finished removing the metal covers covering the heater hoses. Plan is to pull them out as soon as possible. But, after removing the covers near the front passenger heater I discovered a smaller third hose under there. Does this go to the front heater in the dash and if so, can I leave it where it is or do I need to reroute it?

That's just a conduit containing the wires that run to both heaters. You can snip it.
