Benz engine, 10R22.5 tires, transmission not stated...looks like a CE...just trying to learn stuff...

Depends on where you live (fill out your profile!). In the US, the MBE engines are less common and parts are more expensive than their competitors. Also, a 2007 will be an EGR motor which is a whole set of issues we generally recommend avoiding. Conventional wisdom is to buy something made before 2004.

Hmm...ok, saw it on govdeals...current bid is $1000...I can't make the move yet...but is the ecm accessible outside the dealer? Idk...it's 10yr old...I personally favor REs/pushers...

When I ran a fleet of MB powered Freightshakers I had a couple of ecms repaired by a local place around here I would have to check my rolodex but if I could get it done here (St.Louis Metro) I'm sure almost any larger city. Gene
