We are going to use an all vinyl
accordion door on our 32" wide shower. We don't like "curtains"... they always seem to either blow in and stick to our butts or they blow out and dribble water all over the floor. We will install it so that the bottom is slightly inside the pan so it sheds water inside, not outside the pan.
They also come in
48" wide doors. I would think you can butt them together or attach two together since I know you can remove panels to make narrower. At any rate, we believe this will work best for us and what we will be doing. Sure beats the price of the
RV accordion shower door you buy at Camping World. Of course you can always either buy an
extend-a-shower or build one out of PVC or metal pipe. Or you could just get a
curved rod. HD has a
neo angle rod like your shower but at $112, That's too rich for my tastes, especially considering I tend to buy my shower curtains from Dollar Tree.
