My biggest expense so far is the batteries!
$195 -- I got lucky -- was given two dead batteries to turn in for cores!
$75ish for fuel filters and fuel treatment (biocide and cetane boost)
$40 for power steering res. and tail light lenses
$5 for miscellaneous hardware
$60 for a 50' role of Ni-Cu tubing to renew the hydraulic brake lines (rust!
)
So around $375 into the bus -- that's assuming I get reimbursed the $430 tow charge (I will just takes time...) to get the bus moved to it's new home.
It's now running great but if Vt. doesn't come through with the rego it's all a waste to me...
