here is my problem
I made a wire cover for the wires that run down the top of the windows of my bus. It is made of 3/4" plywood, looks like an upside F. I want to fasten some rope lights on the 3/4" edge at the top, That way they can be seen better. I have come up with an idea, just am looking for others. I figure this kind of mind teaser can help all of us. My idea is to use clear table cloth holders, slide them over the clear rope lights and they will spring hold them up.
Anybody else have an idea besides hot gluing them. Thanks for taking time to read this and participate.

Why not use the U-channels that are made for holding Rope lights?

out of all the places I looked for lights, this is the first time I have seen that item, tks

There are plastic channels for holding LED rope lights. Just screw them into the wood, and snap the rope light strand into it.

Buy one, see if it fits (don't cut it). If it fits. buy more. If not, take your "test"piece back and get a refund.

the table cloth pieces work great, will wait to finish installing them tomorrow when its warmer......

My last purchase from them was over $500. Of course that was a while back when we were doing other things. They have lots of neat stuff. Outwater has has your "table clips" as well.
