I screwed up.......

Has anyone had any luck removing dried tile mortar from an acrylic or plastic-like shower basin? I was installing tile in our skoolie shower and got drunk..... The tile turned out badass but I left a thin layer of mortar on the shower basin on a decently large area. Now im freaking out hoping I didnt ruin the 130$ basin.

Thin set mortar.

I've been reading and think I will try Sakrete Biodegradable dissolver but wanted to know yalls opinion. Thanks.

Shower pan should flex, mortar should be ridgid.

I'd smack it with a rubber mallet!
