I don't, but if the problem is gauges going dead it's usually an easy soldering job to fix.

I'm familiar with the solder job fix. Unfortunately is completely broken. It's in pieces.

What if my backlights are dead? I have some that are very dim or entirely out on my '02 dashboard. Are they just bulbs that need replaced or is it something more complex?

Those illumination bulbs are replaceable.
