Is this bus 40ft?

I found the answer I was looking for.

Rear engine flat nose. Not including the front entrance door, there are 12 windows. I read all the other posts I could about length, and it doesn't seem like this is a 40ft bus. More like 34-36. I am hoping someone else can confirm.
