Talking Just bought my 2nd bus WHOOHOO!

On govdeals I won a 01 IH 3800 bus, unlike my first bus this one is not a flat nose, but like my first one it has both the T444E 7.3 and a Allison MD3060.
I will be going to WV to pick it up on Tuesday, can't wait to get to drive it.
I have the fun of having to put on a hitch to drag my van back home.
I bought it to either part it or selling whole so if your looking for a whole bus or parts, hit me up! I'm I part it out, I won't be selling the TCM or ECU, I want spares for mine. I'll update this thread after I get back with the new bus.

I have the T444e with the 545 in my RE. Considering a transmission swap, and WV/TN are among the states I'm currently looking at moving to. Maybe the stars here will align?

Congrats.

I'd potentially be in for the rear bumper, if it matches mine.

Talking Got the bus today!

Hey guys just about 2 hours ago I got the new bus home (227 mile trip for the bus). Ran like a champ the whole way.
Drilled some holes to throw a hack job hitch on to tow my E350 home and thank the Good Lord it went well.
The hitch took some damage and wiggles like a loose tooth LOL!
Pics and more info coming tomorrow. Just wanted to give y'all a heads up, I do have this bus for sale or parts.
NOT selling air compressor, PCM, or TCM if I wind up parting it out, I want spares for mine.

My number is FOUR TWO THREE 2O2.8883 if any interest.

Pics will be coming this evening.
Both bumpers in great shape, not rotted or any rust through spots.

Congrats.
Yeah I don't blame you. Trans works just as it should you know NE TN and WV, we went up and down alot of hills... No slipping or any problems.
It was 225 miles. I'm just not selling the push button panel or the TCM, sprry I want spares, BUT you can have the wiring harness with it if you want, torque converter too. My number is FOUR TWO THREE 2O2-8883

Does the rear door have the same mounting hinges like mine?

where are you located more importantly? I wonder what shipping would be on something like that?

Thanks PatrickClick image for larger version

Hey buddy, that rear door is rotting around the bottom corners,I don't think it would be worth fooling with when shipping is involved... It does match the same hinges though.
