Keeping "school" character in 2003 International?

Hi!
I'm looking to convert a 2003 International 71 passenger to a fun RV. I'd like to keep as much of the "school character" part of the bus as possible. i.e. relocate the driver's long rearview mirror to be used elsewhere, maybe hang the stop sign inside somewhere. I'd also like to keep 2 of the seats and maybe turn one of them to be facing the other with a table in between... maybe for the dining area? Not sure yet. Will you share how you've utilized "school" parts of your school bus? I'd love ideas or to see pics. Thanks so much!!
