Leaking Windows - Reseal Glass

I have reinstalled all the windows in my bus, but noticed I still have a few leaks. The remaining leaks are all coming in between the glass and the aluminum sashes. Is there any good way of fixing this? From what I've found, something like Henry 212 Crystal Clear or APOC EverClear sealant could be used to put a bead on the outside of the window along the glass/aluminum joint. Any other alternatives or suggestions?

I also noticed the handicap lift door glass is leaking as well. I assume one of these products would work there as well, since they're formulated for rubber roofing, as well as glass, metals, etc. Thoughts?

Thanks as always,
Chris
