This is what I installed in my 2005 International bus:

My bus went from having candles for headlights to having the best headlights of any of my vehicles. This style has a well defined cutoff to prevent blinding other drivers, but still light up the road well. They installed just like regular sealed beam headlights would with one exception-on my bus, I had to disconnect the DRL module (located on the back side of the steering column). If my lights were off, the bus would try to activate the DRLs which caused the LED headlights to rapidly flash. So no DRLs, but the headlights are worth it. I drive with my lights on all the time anyways. I have had them installed for about a year with no issues, although the lights probably only have about 40-50 hours on them.
