Right, they use about 0.25 to 1 watt, depending on how many LEDs are in it. Some of the fancy, super bright ones take up to 25 watts, but that's still less than the standard 1156 incandescant's 35 watts. The only thing you may possible run into, would be the flasher acting up. Some flashers need a specific load to flash at the right time. The cure to that is to run an electronic one, so no matter what the load is, it'll flash at the same rate.
