Line-X roof

Any thoughts on having white line-x roof or similar sprayed on the roof of a bus? My first thought is that it could be expensive, but would permanently seal up all the overlaps, rivets, support ridges, and areas where you've gone through the roof. I wonder if it would help keep the roof any cooler (in white) vs. just white paint, and if the roof would flex enough to cause cracks.
