I've seen several of those tiny buses over on the coast but their paint jobs were much more colorful.

I have not seen any on that size built out or converted.

Just saw one that size (already converted, or at least partially converted) up for sale near me a few months ago. I think the asking price was around $7k. Looked like one of those half-hearted conversions where the person gave up half way through.
Professionally converting vehicles and making custom furniture with a combined 14 years of mechanical/electrical engineering experience.
