Looking for a oil to water heat exchanger

A friend has a late 90's Bluebird AARE that has a leaking oil to water heat exchanger I've found this in a BB parts manual. My 91 AARE has the same one. Looking for used if possible. Anyone know if this also fits any kind of truck? Or leads to a wrecking yard?

what does it go to? is it the power steering fluid cooler for the rear fan? I always thought that CAT oil coolers are built on the side of the engine. (at least the 3126 are but maybe the older 3116s are different )

There are two, one for the transmission the other for power steering/hydraulic fan.

My 3116 has one on the engine, he has an 8.3 Cummins, not sure about his engine oil cooler.
