Post Mechanic input

I'm interesting in a bus located in Virginia. It's 2000 tc200 with a c7 engine , I'm wondering if the tc platform is good enough for a skoolie ? And im also wondering how the transmission will handle?

Personal bias, from years of working on cutaway van style buses, I would never buy a front engine flat nose. Dog nose or rear engine only. Access to the engine, noise, and heat intrusion with a flat nose are all compromised.
Virginia is a "salt belt" state. I would want to see pictures of the entire under carriage and especially the areas of and around the wheel wells. Repairing cancerous rust areas is time consuming and expensive. When paying 5,000 you shouldn't need to deal with that.
I would also want interior pics. Pics are cheap, why are there no interior pics?
Same with the engine compartment with the engine cover removed. Again, pics are cheap.
